Contribute to our development
Join our Corporate D2C Performance & Service team, which supports D2C online and offline teams in Europe in their business. This is an apprenticeship opportunity starting in September 2026 at our campus in Ecully, near Lyon.
Your Missions:
- Animate the "Golden Rules of E-Commerce" globally: maintain, update, adjust, and share these golden rules.
- Support and assist markets in filling out the Golden Rules evaluation form and prepare "continuous improvement plans" based on results and areas for improvement.
- Leverage operational analysis tools and data to illustrate excellence in the execution of the golden rules.
- Conduct benchmark analyses of competitors, inspiring market players, and Groupe SEB brands to gather intelligence, trends, and best practices, and then formulate recommendations.
- Communicate results, trends, and learnings to stakeholders via presentations, reports, and other channels.
Bring your skills:
- You are pursuing a Diploma at BAC+4/5 level, such as from a business school / IAE.
- You have a particular interest in E-Commerce and Retail in general.
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
- Proficiency with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is a plus!
- You demonstrate rigor, organization, and the ability to work autonomously.
- You are a good communicator and proactive in offering suggestions.
- Your English level is fluent (C1).
