The Groupe Ponticelli Frères is recruiting for its Group Materials Department.

We offer you to join us on a permanent contract (CDI). The position is located in Emerainville (77).

The position we offer is structured around the following main missions:

1/ Fleet Management

• Maintain an up-to-date list of available rolling stock in the fleet.
• Analyze the fleet and propose a replacement strategy, integrate alerts following technical inspections.
• Act as the point of contact for managing material loans and returns, commissioning, handing over maintenance logs, and assisting with training.
• Consider the environmental impact of the fleet and act accordingly, propose equipment that limits CO2 emissions through less polluting fuels or energy.

2/ Material Audits

Organization and execution of audits on targeted materials with the objective of:

• Controlling compliance with manufacturer recommendations regarding maintenance.
• Monitoring the condition and functioning of equipment.
• Ensuring that technical inspections, VGP (Verification Générale Périodique), etc., are up-to-date.
• Verifying the condition of materials to request replacement or extend their lifespan.

3/ Technological Watch

• Stay informed about technological and regulatory developments related to your field of activity.
• Participate in trade shows.
• Conduct tests on new materials.

4/ Material Reception / Handover

• Participation in technical inspections of new materials (rolling stock and fixed equipment at agencies).
• Management of reservations detected during reception until they are resolved.
• Assistance with warranties.

5/ Transport Management

• Organize and optimize transport for material deliveries and returns.
• Maintain a list of service providers with their capacities.

6/ Material Sales

• Assistance to the sales manager.
• Participation in monthly sales meetings.
• Help in estimating desired selling prices.
• Assistance to potential buyers prior to sales, if necessary.

7/ Investments

• Drafting and monitoring of investment and operating order files.
• Liaison with entities, subsidiaries, and internal divisions/services.
• Formalization of specifications.
• Business review assistance.
• Presentation assistance for investment choices validation.
• Liaison with external stakeholders.
• Management of visual marking operations for rolling stock.

Travel is expected.

Profile Sought

BTS Higher Technician in Logistics Methods and Operations.

With a technical background such as a BTS Higher Technician in Logistics Methods and Operations, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You are organized and rigorous, proactive, have good adaptability, and good computer skills. If you wish to commit with us to support the transformations of the World, we are waiting for you!
