Job Description for a Social Media & Event Intern
Caradisiac is seeking a Social Media & Event Intern to support the development of its social media presence (TikTok, YouTube) and participate in the organization of major events. Your main missions will include:
- Animate Caradisiac's Social Media (65%)
- Participate in the creation of short video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts): filming, editing, branding, and caption writing.
- Contribute to the editorial planning in conjunction with the editorial team, identify high-potential topics, and propose new formats.
- Ensure the publication and community management (moderation, responses, interactions).
- Conduct active monitoring of social media trends and best practices.
- Analyze and Optimize Performance
- Track KPIs (views, engagement, retention, subscriptions), analyze the best-performing content, and formulate actionable recommendations to optimize the strategy per platform.
- Contribute to regular reporting for the teams.
- Support Brand Events (35%)
- Participate in organizing the Group's presence at the Automotive Show: logistical coordination, communication materials, and visibility arrangements.
- Produce promotional content before, during, and after the event (social media, behind-the-scenes, stories).
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a student in communication, marketing, media, or journalism, seeking a final-year internship (6 months). You should have a strong interest in social media and short video formats, comfortable with TikTok and YouTube codes. You are creative, organized, proactive, and capable of working with multiple teams. Skills in video editing (CapCut or equivalent) and an affinity for the automotive world are a plus.
