The Compliance Department implements a system comprising standards, tools, controls, training, and communication actions designed to protect the Group and its employees (from sanctions, reputational damage, or financial losses) and the Group's clients (from potential non-compliant practices). Compliance covers areas such as market abuse, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, client protection, corruption prevention, and ethics.
You will join the Compliance Animation and Supervision unit within the Compliance Department. This unit acts as the interface between the central Compliance Department and the Compliance teams of the Group's entities (regional banks, international retail banks, specialized business subsidiaries, etc.). It ensures that the Group's priorities are taken into account and that effective local systems are implemented. As such, it requests reporting from supervised entities to assess the risk of non-compliance within these entities.
Mission Description
In collaboration with the members of the Compliance Animation and Supervision unit within the Groupe Crédit Agricole perimeter:
- You will participate in the deployment of certain reporting processes, particularly concerning:
- Contribution to the steering of reporting campaigns: launch, follow-up of responses, and reminders to queried entities.
- Support for queried entities and answers to questions, with the assistance of experts or supervisors where necessary.
- Performing consistency checks on data and information received from evaluated entities.
- Contribution to the analysis of results and their presentation (Committee materials).
- Identification of action plans to be followed.
You will contribute to the entity assessment process as part of the strategic transformation project 'Smart Supervision for Society'.
You will be proactive in improving processes and organization, in terms of automation, enhancing information sharing, and formalizing operating procedures, etc.
