About the role
Artistic Production Coordinator
Groupe Clarins is seeking an Artistic Production Coordinator to join their Artistic Direction team. This role is responsible for deploying the brand's identity through images and videos, ensuring coherence, desirability, and innovation. You will manage the entire production chain, from project initiation to final delivery, demonstrating agility, rigor, and a keen eye for detail.
Mission
Your primary missions will include:
- Assisting the Director of Art Purchasing and Creative Image Production in daily tasks, acting as an operational point of contact for assigned productions.
- Organizing and coordinating photo shoots and filming (models, products, films) through all project stages: pre-production, production, and post-production, both internally and externally.
- Managing production schedules in collaboration with internal teams (Artistic Direction, marketing, communication, international teams) and external service providers.
- Preparing and formalizing all creative, technical, and logistical briefs, ensuring their clear understanding by all stakeholders.
- Ensuring the preparation of products, castings, teams, and sets necessary for the successful execution of shoots and filming.
- Managing and tracking production budgets, negotiating all services (studios, technical teams, talent, post-production) within allocated envelopes.
- Researching, selecting, and recommending creative talents (photographers, directors, models, stylists, etc.) aligned with the brand's identity and objectives.
- Supervising the post-production of images and films (retouching, editing, color grading, deliverables), ensuring the expected artistic quality standards.
- Negotiating and securing exploitation rights for images and films (models, photographers, music, voice-overs, contracts), in coordination with legal teams as needed.
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and brand quality standards across all productions.

You bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Artistic Production / Image Production / Audiovisual Production, ideally in the luxury/beauty sector, in-house or at an agency.
- A Bac +5 degree (communication school, business school, university, specialized production or image school).
- Solid technical skills: photography, filming, post-production, rights management, legal aspects related to image.
- Excellent command of budget management and financial tracking for production projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant image stakes.
- Good knowledge of market players (talent, service providers, studios).
- Fluent written and spoken English, enabling work in an international environment.
