About the Architecte Solutions Digitales et Automatisation Role at Groupe BBL

As an Architecte Solutions Digitales et Automatisation within Groupe BBL's RPA team, reporting to the Business SI Manager, you will manage the entire lifecycle of process automation projects. Your core mission involves identifying, developing, and maintaining robust automation solutions, leveraging RPA and AI techniques, particularly for document processing and digitalization of business workflows. You will ensure cross-functional collaboration with business and IT teams to guarantee technical alignment and optimal performance of deployed solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

A. Analysis and Design of Automation Projects

• Analyze business processes across various Group entities eligible for automation.
• Gather, formalize business requirements, and model processes.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, estimate potential gains, and draft detailed functional and technical specifications.

B. Development and Integration of Solutions (RPA and AI)

• Design and develop automation solutions using major RPA tools, specifically UiPath, while adhering to quality and security standards.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence components (e.g., Document Understanding / IDP) to digitalize the extraction and processing of data from unstructured documents.
• Conduct unit and integration tests, then collaborate with business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document developed workflows and architectures.

C. Deployment and Maintenance of Automations

• Collaborate with IT teams for deploying solutions in production environments.
• Ensure the Operational Condition Maintenance (MCO) of automations and corrective maintenance.
• Perform evolutionary maintenance and propose technical or functional optimizations based on feedback and platform evolutions.

Occasional travel within France and Europe is expected.

Your Profile

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

Technical Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role focusing on automation development/project management.
• RPA Expertise: Advanced proficiency in a major RPA platform, specifically UiPath (development, Orchestrator, log and exception management).
• AI-driven Automation: Knowledge and/or experience in applying AI for process digitalization, particularly in Document Understanding (DU) and/or OCR/NLP.
• Development: Scripting or Python development skills.
• Databases: Mastery of database concepts and SQL queries.
• Environment: Experience in Citrix environments or virtualized architectures.
• Language: Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).

Interpersonal Skills

• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities for diverse business processes.
• Experience in SI project management (scoping, planning, monitoring, deployment).
• Rigorous, autonomous, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple, very different business lines simultaneously.
