Your Future Missions

Within the "PRC Digital Interfaces and Journeys GGVIE" entity, you will contribute to essential applications for the Groupama and GAN regional entities. Your mission will focus on functional support and the construction of coherent solutions with the IT system's orientations. You will primarily work on the PWIE application, the workstation for Groupama Gan VIE managers. The scope may expand to other applications based on team needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany and guide business analysts in expressing their needs, considering IT system constraints.
• Process functional solutions in response to business needs, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Identify and solicit necessary external contributors for solution construction.
• Present summaries of solutions and costs to business analysts and product owners.
• Liaise with architects to ensure overall coherence of proposed solutions.
• Update functional documentation and participate in integration testing.
• Support developers by providing necessary functional and business clarifications.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proactive and capable of designing solutions aligned with best practices.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a multidisciplinary and remote work environment.
• Motivated by quality, reliability, and improving user journeys.
