About the role

Data Analytics Manager

The Data Analytics Manager for the Cloud Success Insights Team is a crucial role responsible for delivering data-driven actionable insights and strategic recommendations that empower Cloud Leaders to drive various programs within the Customer Success. This role will involve providing dedicated analytics support to a specific cloud team, and to do so, collaborating with different teams within CSG will be needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver data-driven actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
