Job Description Summary
The Manager, Digital Marketing - Paid Media Products leads the strategy and execution of non-search, paid media marketing for the US Property Management division. This includes digital display advertising, social media advertising, OTT, and referral partner merchandising while managing vendor relationships and ensuring quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, implementation, and execution of paid media strategies.
- Select and manage external marketing vendors and campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and optimize campaign performance.
- Define and update product offerings to maximize ROI.
- Recruit and manage team members ensuring quality and timeliness.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
- 5-7+ years in marketing leadership with a focus on paid media.
- Experience in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and others.
- Strong project, process, and people management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adapt paid media strategies effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 with potential for bonus programs. Benefits include competitive medical, dental, vision, generous paid time off, housing discounts for onsite team members, 401(k) match, paid parental leave, and additional perks.
