About the Role
The Technical Proposal & Federal Execution Lead at Grey Snow Companies drives high-impact pursuits across federal and commercial sectors by blending strategic proposal development, joint-venture coordination, and on-the-ground federal execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead development of complex federal technical proposals across multiple sectors.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary pursuit teams, subcontractors, and JV partners.
- Oversee federal execution and pre-project startup activities.
- Manage SBA Mentor–Protégé reporting, JV compliance, and federal registration requirements.
- Shape capture strategies with leadership to position GSPS ahead of solicitations.
- Travel to federal installations and live proposal events as required.
Who You Are
A seasoned federal contracting professional with 15+ years experience, strong technical writing, compliance management, and coordination skills. Experience with IDIQ, MATOC, SATOC, BOA vehicles, FAR/DFARS, CPARS, SAM.gov, GovWin, and PIEE/WAWF systems is essential.
