Job Description
The Senior Change Management Consultant - Workplace is responsible for advising and supporting our clients in their approaches and reflections on the future and transformation of their work environments (new work methods, team merging, spatial footprint optimization, organizational changes, new employee experience, etc.).Within the Workplace team, the Senior Consultant will be involved in strategic missions around 2 main pillars:1/ Pre-sales (supporting sales teams):- Participate in strategic phases of referencing, calls for applications, and tenders (presentation meetings and client briefings, writing commercial proposals, participation in defenses and technical adjustments and commercial negotiations).
- Contribute to the external development of Workplace expertise (designing new offers, seeking innovative solutions, partners, supporting external communication, publishing articles, etc.).
- Contribute to the strategic scoping phase to support Management Committees in defining project challenges, and thus define the main expected transformation axes.
- Develop the change and communication management strategy: definition of the Change and communication plan, writing the Change story and talking points.
- Pilot the deployment of these actions: preparing content for various intervention methods (pedagogical engineering, production of deliverables), animating/facilitating change actions (listening and expression systems, workshops, training sessions, conferences, information meetings, etc.).
- Participate with the design team in the strategy for organizing future work environments to define initial layout concept orientations.
- Supervise junior consultants participating in animations to enhance their skills in expertise, consulting, autonomy, and quality delivered.
Candidate Profile
Graduated from a higher education program (Bac +5 minimum) in business, engineering, Sciences Po, HR, Sociology, or Communication, you have over 5 years of experience acquired within a company or in consulting, corporate real estate, or organization/management consulting, and you specialize in change management for major transformations.You are currently working as a Senior Consultant or Supervising Senior in a consulting firm and have already led change management projects for workplace transformations. You value excellence, are curious, and are passionate about innovation and human aspects. You can intervene at a strategic level with Top Decision-Makers, mobilize a team, facilitate a group, convince a prospect, and anticipate project risks.You have excellent writing, interpersonal, adaptability, and agility skills, as well as team spirit and an entrepreneurial mindset.
