Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Tokenized Assets & Real-World Finance Strategy Specialist (Remote – United States) to support analysis and strategy across digital asset ecosystems and blockchain-based financial models. This is a full-time, paid role focused on understanding how capital is structured, how real-world assets are represented digitally, and how participation evolves across Web3 environments.The role involves analyzing tokenized assets, monitoring participation across DeFi platforms, and identifying trends in how capital flows between traditional finance and decentralized systems. The ideal candidate actively participates in crypto markets and understands how tokenization, liquidity, and financial infrastructure interact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tokenized assets and their role within digital and traditional financial systems
• Track participation across DeFi platforms, token ecosystems, and blockchain networks
• Monitor how capital flows between traditional finance and decentralized finance environments
• Identify trends in asset tokenization, liquidity participation, and digital financial infrastructure
• Support internal insights related to capital structuring and digital asset strategies
• Assist in preparing structured summaries on market activity and financial behavior
• Track developments across DeFi, tokenized assets, and blockchain-based financial systems
• Collaborate with team members on financial and ecosystem strategy initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems
• Hands-on experience using crypto wallets, DeFi platforms, or digital asset tools
• Understanding of tokenized assets, liquidity, or capital allocation within Web3
• Familiarity with real-world asset (RWA) tokenization or financial systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: $120,000 - $155,000 USD per year depending on experience. Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
