Position Summary
The Remote ABA Scheduling Assistant is responsible for ensuring smooth operations by coordinating therapy sessions, managing schedules for clients and staff, and providing general administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for supporting the mission of helping children thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate and schedule ABA therapy sessions, manage cancellations and rescheduling, monitor therapist availability, and maintain accurate records in Central Reach.
- Administrative Support: Answer calls and emails, assist with client onboarding, maintain organized files, and support special projects.
- Communication & Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for scheduling inquiries, deliver exceptional customer service, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Qualifications
Required: High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of administrative/scheduling experience (ABA experience required), proficiency in Google Suite, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, multitasking capability, and familiarity with Electronic Health Records and HIPAA regulations. Must pass a background check and fingerprinting.
Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and an Associate degree or higher in a related field.
Work Schedule & Compensation
This is a Full-Time position with a Monday-Friday schedule and remote work arrangement. Compensation is $20-25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
