What You'll Do

  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every visit.
  • Meet and greet customers, checking them into their hotel room upon arrival.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints effectively.
  • Ensure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues promptly.
