About Python Developer Remote Argentina at Greencode Software

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Python Developer with a strong data orientation to join our team. The role involves developing robust backend applications while emphasizing data processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain REST APIs
  • Design and manage automated workflows using Apache Airflow
  • Document code and technical processes

Technical Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Python development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem
  • Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks for API development
  • Hands-on experience with Pandas for data manipulation
  • Familiarity with NLP using NLTK, spaCy, or Gensim
  • Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
  • Database management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)
  • Experience with machine learning and data science
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies

Additional Requirements

  • Must be available to work in Argentina time zone (GMT-3) with flexible hours
  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously
  • Focus on results and code quality

Selection Process

The process includes 3 interview rounds: a basic requirements round, a cultural fit interview, and a final technical interview. A technical challenge may also be included.
