Role Overview
The Marketing & BD Specialist supports the London office on various marketing and business development duties, working closely with the Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager and the global marketing team. There are two roles available focusing on Transactional practices and Contentious/Regulatory practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key London lawyers and identify branding opportunities.
- Prepare pitches and RFPs, conduct market research, and analyze prospect companies.
- Proofread, copyedit client-facing and internal marketing materials.
- Coordinate on award nominations, directory submissions and event management.
- Maintain up-to-date content on websites and firm proposal databases.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to provide London capability insights.
- Identify process improvements using firm systems and technology.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum four years' experience in marketing or business development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
