About the Digital Infrastructure Associate Role
Greenberg Traurig, LLP presents an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join the Digital Infrastructure practice. This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of transactions in the cloud computing and digital infrastructure arena including purchase and sale agreements, data center leases and development agreements, service level agreements, loan documents, and operating/joint venture agreements.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be an attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience handling complex digital infrastructure transactions. Responsibilities include:
- Negotiating and drafting transactional documents
- Managing data center acquisitions and leases
- Advising on cloud transactions and joint ventures
- Collaborating with a dedicated, experienced team
- Handling challenging workloads in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, exceptional writing skills, high maturity, and proven interpersonal skills. Admission or eligibility for admission to the relevant jurisdiction is required.
Location & Office Options
This position can be based in Miami, Washington DC, Chicago, or Northern Virginia.
