About the Marketing Manager Role

Responsibilities
- Devise and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies globally.
- Support daily marketing operations including updating promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective campaigns.
- Coordinate and prepare creative marketing materials and sales collateral.
- Prepare reports and presentations to track marketing performance.
- Uphold brand standards across online and offline channels.
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns for various audiences.
- Support market launches and ongoing campaign executions.
- Brief creative teams and agencies on project requirements.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, with 2–3 years of experience in marketing ideally within the hospitality industry is required. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, excellent English language communication abilities (French is a plus), and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (Canva, Photoshop, email platforms). A creative, data-driven mindset with attention to detail is essential.
