Key Responsibilities
- Shape product vision, roadmap, and measurable objectives.
- Lead discovery with internal partners, frontline users, and vendors.
- Translate operational and customer needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Manage an integrated product backlog balancing features, technical debt, and compliance.
- Measure product performance using analytics to optimize outcomes.
- Coordinate release planning with Technology Delivery and other functions.
- Partner with IT Security and Enterprise Architecture to meet standards.
- Communicate product updates through stakeholder sessions and portfolio forums.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
This role requires 5+ years in technology product management and 3+ years of cross-functional leadership. Experience in aviation, knowledge of digital platforms, APIs, system integrations, UX principles, and customer journey mapping are important. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required and Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic, SAFe) are a plus. The ability to obtain Transportation Security Clearance is necessary.
