In this remote, flexible role, you will support AI systems by generating and validating high-quality technical documentation in a project-based setting. Engagements typically last from a few weeks to several months at a 10–25 hours per week commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, edit, and refine AI-generated technical content for clarity and accuracy.
  • Author new documentation across technical domains including product specs, API guides, and internal wikis.
  • Validate content against real-world standards and enterprise documentation styles.
  • Provide feedback on AI output to improve relevance and consistency.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with research and platform teams.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience writing or editing technical documentation.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible language.
  • Familiarity with structured documentation tools such as Markdown, Git, and Confluence.
  • Detail-oriented with strong editorial judgment and domain fluency.
  • Background in engineering, product, or technical program management is a plus.
