About the role
About the Role: Assistant Manager Marketing CRM
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing nurturing campaigns for both new and existing leads through various CRM channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and website interactions. You will also build and execute user journeys driven by user actions, coordinate with the creative team for asset and content development, and develop templates and tools to empower the sales team. Additionally, you will be tasked with building a repository of learner testimonials (video and text) and conducting ad-hoc and regular consumer research to gather insights for marketing and sales enablement.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in lead nurturing campaigns using CRM tools, with a preference for WebEngage. The ideal candidate will possess strong competencies in working with diverse stakeholders across product, tech, marketing, and other teams to manage multichannel marketing campaigns. You should be adept at monitoring channel performance (notifications, email, SMS) and customer cohorts, taking decisive actions based on data. Proficiency in performing analyses such as sales funnel analysis and content effectiveness measurement to enhance CRM channel effectiveness is crucial. The role requires the ability to develop insights and identify opportunities for revenue growth, as well as to develop and implement new strategies for objectives like lead nurturing, cross-selling, and upselling. Experience in leading content development efforts to improve CRM activities and in creating periodic reports and presentations for reviews is also essential. Finally, the ability to conduct market research to stay abreast of trends and competition is expected.
