Job Description

Achieve sales quotas by creating new, profitable sales volume for Great Lakes Petroleum through focused expansion of the customer base. Prospect for new leads in your territory; service existing clients; effectively demonstrate the product line; and update our Customer Relationship Management software with accurate, timely information.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 (paid bi-weekly).

Commission: Commission starts after 90 days of employment with a favorable performance review and requires reaching 75,000 new, paid monthly gallons within 12 months.

Other Perks: Company car and company paid fuel.

PTO: Accrue 12 days annually, increasing to 17 days after 7 years.

Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Benefits: Full benefits package including medical plans, dental, vision, long term disability, accident insurance, voluntary life insurance, critical illness, FSA and HSA options.

Company Paid Benefits: Life insurance, short-term disability, and Employee Assistance Program.

Retirement: 401(k)/Roth plans with company match and immediate vesting.
