Job Overview

The Outside Fuel Sales Representative will achieve sales quotas by creating new profitable sales volume through expanding the customer base and servicing existing clients in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create new leads and prospect for customers in your territory.
  • Service existing clients and effectively demonstrate the product line.
  • Update the Customer Relationship Management software with accurate information.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 (paid bi-weekly). Commission is available after a 90-day evaluation and performance review with a target of 75,000 new, paid monthly gallons within 12 months. Additional perks include a company car, company-paid fuel, 12 days of PTO annually (increasing to 17 days after 7 years), paid holidays, full benefits package (including multiple medical plans, dental, vision, etc.), company-paid life insurance and short-term disability, and 401(k)/Roth plans with immediate vesting.
