Job Overview
The Outside Fuel Sales Representative at Great Lakes Petroleum is responsible for achieving sales quotas by expanding the customer base and growing profitable sales volume. This role involves prospecting for new leads, servicing existing clients, and effectively demonstrating the product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas through targeted customer base expansion.
- Prospect and generate new leads in your territory.
- Service existing clients to maintain relationships.
- Demonstrate the full product line effectively.
- Update CRM software with accurate, timely information.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 (paid bi-weekly).
- Commission starts after 90 days post a favorable performance review.
- Earn commission by reaching 75,000 new, paid monthly gallons within 12 months.
- Company car and company paid fuel.
- Accrue PTO starting at 12 days annually, increasing after 7 years.
