About the HR Data & Tech Analyst Role

You will be part of the team that drives data and technology usage across all HR verticals. This role supports the implementation and continual development of new data capabilities for HR functions.

Journey towards Digital & Data Driven HR

Participate in projects optimizing people management processes for better efficiency, productivity, and employee experience. Exercise custodianship of HR technology across all segments, harmonizing capabilities for a unified approach across the Group.

Main Activities

  • Provide hands-on support in maintaining and managing HR systems and data.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data governance principles.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automate workflows using MS Power Automate and MS Power Apps.
  • Troubleshoot routine issues independently and collaborate with IT for complex matters.
  • Participate in the analysis and review of HR processes and technology solutions.
  • Design analytical solutions through data exploration and feature engineering for data storytelling.
  • Support development, validation, deployment, and maintenance of models and visualizations.
  • Assist internal customers with adoption and effective use of HR technology and analytics.
  • Contribute to regular management and operational reporting.
