Overview

The Virtual Assistant role is with Great Assistant on behalf of Dr. Alisha Das. The position supports administrative, client, and marketing needs for Dr. Das and co-CEO Michael Hayes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CEOs email including prioritization and responses
  • Edit and post marketing emails and blogs
  • Manage social media platforms and engagement
  • Provide client support and follow-up communications
  • Answer student questions during classes
  • Support content creation with AI tools
  • Manage podcast tasks and guest preparation
  • Update website content and prepare reports
  • Assist with promotional work for webinars, seminars, and book launches
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and handle personal tasks

Requirements

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail oriented and aligned with core values: Be Spiritually Aligned, Be Loving, Be Proactive, Work Excellently, and Be Accountable. They must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, a self-starter, tech savvy, and have strong problem-solving skills. Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Calendly, Slack, Omni Focus, Asana, Keap (Infusionsoft)/ClickFunnels, and social media tools is a plus.

Position Details

This is a 1099 contractor role with 30-40 hours per week, generally from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST with some occasional evenings or weekends. Benefits include paid sick time and holidays, and travel may be required 1-2 weeks per year. A Mac user is preferred and a background check is required. This is aimed to be a long-term (3+ years) team role.
