Co-Founder — Sales (Compliance Platform)

GRCTrail is seeking a third co-founder to lead sales efforts for its innovative compliance automation platform. After five months of dedicated development, the platform is live and addresses a critical market need for European SMBs seeking compliance with GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and soon, ISO 42001. With the EU AI Act enforcement approaching in August 2026, there's a significant opportunity for an affordable compliance solution, and GRCTrail is poised to meet this demand.

What We're Looking For

We are searching for a driven individual who possesses:

  • Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in compliance, security, or GRC.
  • The ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and conducting compelling demos to closing deals.
  • A founder's mindset, characterized by proactive problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership, rather than an employee mentality.
  • A desire to build a company from the ground up, embracing the challenges and rewards of a startup environment.
  • Residency in Europe or a willingness to align with EU time zones.
