What You'll Do as a Business Analyst, Partnerships

  • Collaborate with product to identify business requirements across various business lines.
  • Work with key technology partners to deliver on business requirements, which may include establishing new payment rails, digital platform enhancements, etc. This includes building out roadmaps with partners and ensuring they adhere to their deliverables.
  • Serve as a key link between business units, product, Client Success, Tech departments, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Help with new partner evaluations - particularly ones that are Tier 2 and below.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research.
  • Help manage spend forecasts and budgets.
  • Provide support to team to chase down mid to high severity production issues with key technology partners.
  • Identify areas to save costs and drive efficiencies across the bank.
  • Explore revenue-driving opportunities via various channels such as new billable products, partner marketplace, etc.
  • Help negotiate contracts with new technology partners.
  • Support project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and project goals – be the bridge between the bank and technology partners.
  • Help assess business and industry trends via market research.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a partnerships, product, or Go-to-market role, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving measurable results.
