Job Description
Injection Molding Technician (m/f/d)
As an Injection Molding Technician at GRASS Group, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of injection molding machines, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and shutting down injection molding systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with injection molding systems and peripherals.
- Equipping injection molding systems and peripherals.
- Ensuring media and material supply.
- Reporting and documenting production data.
- Collaborating effectively within shifts and across departments.
- Adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the entire work area.
- Identifying, communicating, and implementing improvement potentials.
What You Bring:
- Completed vocational training in plastic molding or a comparable field.
- A conscientious, reliable, and team-oriented work approach.
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office).
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
