About the Role: Junior Content Writer
As a Junior Content Writer, you are responsible for producing high-quality content that translates technology into business value and attracts target audiences. You are also responsible for formulating and distributing the stories that drive communications campaigns throughout the company. As a Junior Content Writer, you work with the Creative Marketing Team, Designers, Customer Success and Sales teams and have also regular interactions with the Product Development team. You work closely with marketing leadership to orchestrate content in line with an established vision, strategy, goal, budget, brand and positioning.
Main Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Design and manage content strategy for core campaigns; including types of content to lead the campaign, SEO strategy, campaign messaging, whole text, and supplementary visual components.
- Direct Authoring: Author own content for various communication channels including texts for pillar pages, webinar storylines, white papers, video scripts, booklets, press releases, social media articles, news articles, newsletters and official communication about product releases, etc.
- Orchestration: Orchestrate content production within the group of marketing content producers and designers.
- Campaign Alignment: Align campaign execution with the contents produced and vice versa.
- Strategic Growth: Discover strategic opportunities in joint content marketing with partners.
- Quality & Lifecycle: Review all contents along the content life cycle from research to development to publication.
- SEO Management: Implement SEO best practices for all content produced.
Ideal Candidate Profile
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Exceptional writing skills: A mastery of storytelling and professional prose.
- Technical Depth: A solid understanding of artificial intelligence and information management.
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of business software and enterprise software ecosystems.
- Analytical Mindset: A metrics-driven mindset and strong analytical thinking abilities.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level or fluent proficiency in English.
- Professional Background: Digital marketing experience, including both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Digital Toolset: Familiarity with WordPress and other digital tools for publishing blogs, webinars, emails, and landing pages.
- Platform Experience: Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Sugar, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Global Collaboration: The ability to collaborate with partners across different time zones (primarily US and Europe) and willingness to travel to the US and Europe as needed.
