We are looking for a Consultant Digitalization Advisory at our Berlin, Düsseldorf, Dresden, or Leipzig locations, focusing on digitalization consulting in the Public Sector. You will guide our clients' growth, actively shape digital processes and systems for the public administration, and make a tangible impact. You will take on responsibility early and drive significant change.

Ready to Make an Impact?

• You will support the consulting of companies and/or public sector organizations (federal, state, and local administrations, universities & research institutions, churches, non-profit organizations, and public sector holdings) on specific issues.
• You will participate in digitalization and ERP projects to further increase process efficiency.
• You will conduct organizational studies and process analyses.
• With your expertise, you will prepare business analyses to ensure the long-term performance of the organization (including conceptualizing and implementing planning, control, and controlling systems).
• You will support project management within customer projects.

Strengths that Define Your Professional Profile.

• You have successfully completed your Master's degree with above-average results and relevant specializations, e.g., Accounting / Controlling, (Business) Informatics, Organizational Management, or similar.
• Ideally, you have gained relevant initial professional experience in the aforementioned areas of responsibility.
• Your strengths include quick comprehension, flexibility, and the ability to approach complex issues analytically and structurally.
• You bring high professionalism, motivation, team orientation, and strong communication skills.
• You are willing to travel within Germany, proficient in MS Office, and speak German fluently.
