Position Overview: Business Development Sales Intern
Granite Telecommunications is seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Sales Intern to work closely with sales professionals. This role focuses on new business development, selling voice and data telecommunication products and services to C-level and Director-level decision-makers. You will be a driving force in securing new regional customers across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist team members with various administrative tasks.
- Learn and effectively incorporate sales skills into your own sales environment.
- Develop a deep understanding of Granite's products and services and the company itself.
- Produce and/or edit written reports for team members.
- Actively prospect new clients through cold calling initiatives.
- Gain practical knowledge and experience using CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Participate in independent sales tasks and strategic development.
- Engage in a competitive sales intern role play competition to hone skills.
