About the Solutions Consultant Role
As a Solutions Consultant at Granicus, you will bridge the gap between government agencies and our innovative digital solutions, specifically focusing on the East region. This role involves deeply understanding client needs, expertly demonstrating how Granicus's cloud-based platforms – including communications, website design, meeting management, records management, and digital services – can address those specific requirements. You will guide clients through the implementation process, acting as a trusted advisor who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to ensure successful adoption and value realization. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will provide critical pre-sales support, deliver compelling technical presentations, and offer post-sales guidance to tailor solutions for public sector clients.
