Job Summary
The Tender & Proposal Coordinator II serves as a pivotal contributor in the preparation and delivery of high-quality tenders, proposals, bids, and related documents. This role involves coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring submissions align with corporate branding, marketing standards, and best practices. You will work closely with Proposal Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and internal stakeholders to compile, format, review, and produce professional documentation. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones, including projects in Australia/New Zealand, North America, Latin America, and potentially the UK.
What Your Impact Will Look Like
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop high-quality proposals.
- Review project documents for compliance with bid requirements.
- Compile marketing and qualification materials and design graphics.
- Ensure flow of information to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement quality control ensuring adherence to corporate standards.
