Job Details

This role can be based out of our Cambridge or Brantford office.

What You Will Do

  • Manage datacenter infrastructure including virtualization, networking, backups, and disaster recovery.
  • Oversee LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi network administration.
  • Administer on-premises and cloud infrastructures (VMware, AWS, Azure).
  • Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests.
  • Manage and maintain security technologies like Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and EndPoint Protection.
  • Implement and test disaster recovery and backup protocols.
  • Offer third-tier technical support and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements in performance and security.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in a senior role.
  • 5+ years supporting core IT infrastructure services (VMware, Nutanix, Rapid7, Palo Alto, Rubrik).
  • Expertise in configuring network equipment including switches and firewalls (Aruba Networks).
  • Experience with security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
  • Advanced skills with SIEM, PAM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and Email security gateway.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux/Unix systems.
  • Desirable professional certifications like CISSP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Compliance with background check requirements is mandatory.
