Construction Project Manager

Role Overview
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of new club builds and major remodels. Initially focusing on California, the role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to brand standards while managing contractor oversight and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Implementation (40%): Oversee new club builds, review bids, manage vendors, and coordinate permits and licensing.
- Field Oversight & Execution (40%): Conduct site visits, monitor contractor performance, and manage punch walks and documentation.
- Vendor Coordination & Timeline Accountability (20%): Build vendor relationships, align schedules, and verify completed work.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects along with strong organizational skills, effective communication, familiarity with building codes, and relevant software proficiency. Must be able to travel up to or exceed 50% of the time and meet physical requirements.
Travel and Benefits
This on-site role requires extensive travel across California, including Sacramento, East Bay, and Central Coast markets. GFP offers competitive wages and benefits such as a 401(k) plan with matching, club memberships, and more, starting at 95,000 per year.
