Job Summary

As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the careers of our creators. Your responsibilities will include helping talent grow their audience, monetize their content, negotiating deals with brands and record labels, and developing comprehensive content strategies. You will leverage our in-house software and your industry expertise to ensure client success.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage & Scale Creators: Oversee influencer portfolios, support platform growth, and secure lucrative brand deals.
• Talent Acquisition: Proactively scout and sign new creators, with a focus on both emerging and established influencers.
• Foster Brand Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with brands and agencies to secure top talent for campaigns.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to define and execute overall strategy, expanding Grail’s talent roster.
• Autonomous & Flexible Work: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working independently and remotely with flexible scheduling.

About You:

• Deep familiarity with major social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and driven attitude to achieve results.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in talent management, working with social media influencers, or in sales/marketing agencies.
