The Opportunity

As a Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst, you will work under the Manager of Strategy & Planning to:

• Maintain and enhance core planning and capacity models in Pigment.
• Build analytics to measure GTM productivity and support strategic decisions.
• Interface with Data, Field Ops, and Finance teams for scalable planning processes.
• Document model logic and ensure clear communication of insights.

What You'll Be Doing

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing planning & capacity models.
• Building scalable, self-service planning processes.
• Defining and measuring productivity across GTM teams.
• Conducting rigorous analysis while communicating clear narratives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You should have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong SQL skills, demonstrated modeling expertise, and clear communication abilities. Familiarity with GTM organizations, planning tools such as Pigment, and an aptitude for working with ambiguous situations are key components for success.

Bonus Points

Bonus experience with Grafana, BI tools like Tableau or Looker, Salesforce familiarity, and exposure to sales methodologies will be valued.

Compensation & Rewards

In Ireland, the compensation range is EUR 60,480 - EUR 75,600, supplemented by Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and a full suite of employee benefits including global remote work, in-person onboarding, and ample annual leave.
