The Opportunity

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will join the customer facing team to educate prospects and existing customers on Grafana Labs' products and technical capabilities. You will partner with Sales, lead technical engagements, deliver presentations, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

  • Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition.
  • Own technical engagements with customers and close complex opportunities.
  • Deliver demos, presentations, and technical evaluations.
  • Translate customer requirements into creative solutions using Grafana technology.
  • Contribute to documentation, blog posts, and enablement materials.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You have 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving technical challenges. You are adept at balancing creative problem solving with technical expertise, and you are ready to be part of a remote, global team.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with open source technologies or metrics/monitoring space.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.

Compensation & Rewards

The role offers an OTE range of £122,000 - £146,000 in the UK along with Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Compensation will be based on experience and skill set.
