The Opportunity

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join its world-class Customer Experience team. In this role, you will work hands-on as a trusted technical partner, guiding customers through onboarding, implementation, and expansion with a focus on technical consulting and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead functional workshops and document technical requirements.
  • Provide high-impact training and white-glove support.
  • Advocate for adherence to observability best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience on deployment teams using project management techniques.
  • Expertise in observability (o11y) and related best practices.
  • Experience with Grafana products, Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, Tanka) and Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.

Compensation & Rewards

In Singapore, the base compensation range is SGD 184,000 - SGD 221,000, plus Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) aligning every team member with Grafana Labs' success.
