The Opportunity

This role is for a deeply technical expert who will serve as the primary technical owner for long-term customer success. As the Senior Observability Architect, you will lead strategic technical engagements, guide customers through their observability maturity journeys, and act as the voice of the customer internally.

• Architect and implement complex observability solutions.
• Guide customers with technical discovery, onboarding, and enablement.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and other teams for customer success.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and conduct regular technical reviews.
• Shape product feedback and support roadmap priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will act as the key technical contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers, design observability strategies, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver customer training and documentation. Your role is hands-on and high-impact, combining deep technical know-how with strategic customer engagement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in technical support, account management, or consulting roles.
• Strong familiarity with observability solutions; Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
