About the Role
The Senior GTM Enablement Manager EMEA Remote will own the regional enablement strategy and execution for sales and the broader GTM organization in EMEA. This senior individual contributor role is responsible for extending global enablement programs, adapting them to local markets, and partnering with EMEA leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional enablement strategy & execution for EMEA.
- Adapt global programs to local market realities.
- Reinforce Command of the Message and MEDDPICC through workshops and coaching.
- Collaborate with top performers and regional SMEs to deliver field sessions.
- Support global onboarding and APAC enablement coordination as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years in GTM enablement, sales leadership, or operations within B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years of quota-carrying or deal-facing experience.
- Expertise in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
- Cultural adaptability across EMEA and excellent facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA for workshops and key moments.
Compensation & Rewards
The compensation in the UK market ranges from GBP 100,000 to GBP 121,000 OTE, plus RSUs. Compensation is defined by market and role assessment.
