The Opportunity

As a Senior AI Engineer at Grafana, you will build AI-powered observability features that help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents. You will engage in rapid experimentation and iterate quickly on prototypes and production-level systems, developing impactful automation and AI agent tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-performance AI solutions for incident management.
• Rapidly prototype, test and iterate AI workflows and LLM-powered features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance software development and product functionality.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with user workflows.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You should have strong engineering skills, practical AI experience, a quick iteration mindset, and excellent communication. Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, cloud native environments and observability tools is essential.

Benefits and Compensation

Base compensation in the USA ranges from USD 154,445 to USD 185,334 with equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits. RSUs ensure every team member is invested in Grafana Labs' success.
