About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager, Health Insurance Solutions, you will drive innovative product solutions in the insurance space. You will be the bridge between engineering, data science, and client facing teams, translating business needs into strategic product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for AI/ML-powered insurance tools.
• Collaborate with clients, sales, and service teams for roadmap development.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Engage in deep technical discussions with engineers and data scientists.
• Drive product development from ideation to launch.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years in product management in a SaaS or startup environment.
• Direct experience in the group and individual insurance industry.
• Expertise in AI/ML concepts and technical fluency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, and basics of Python.
