What You Will Be Working On

We aim to provide reliable digital identity for Singapore that streamlines transactions, enables businesses, and protects against fraud. This involves improving the online transaction experience with Singpass and Corppass while keeping it secure. It includes everything from building better frontend applications for residents and keeping an eye on fraudulent transactions to improving internal operations and working with our partners.

As a Singpass Product Manager, your job will be to:

• Determine what problems are worth solving in your problem space and decide what approach best delivers value to your users.
• Create a plan and prioritize your product pipeline based on your opportunities, resources, and limitations.
• Work with people from engineering, design, policy, and operations to bring your product to success.
• Measure and track your product’s progress.
• Wear multiple hats to help the product succeed. You may be taking time to understand a problem, introducing processes, or resolving an issue from a user or partner.
• Build a culture of collaboration with the people you work with.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who can:

• Drive public good impact for NDI in the digital identity space.
• Bring products or services to market consistently. Having the ability to recognize good product, identify product opportunities, and find product-market fit, among others, allows us to deliver better outcomes for our users.
• Prioritize what to iterate or improve based on metrics and/or feedback. We serve a diverse range of users in an ever-changing environment, and we need to focus our efforts where it matters.
• Be hands-on with engineering and design. We are more effective when we understand the reason behind trade-offs and have a common language with other team members.
• Take initiative and move forward without always waiting for instruction.
• Communicate with clarity to influence and align people.
