Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring a Information Service Technical Analyst to support our newly awarded customer contract. This is a part-time, fully remote position within the United States (20 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers and networks
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair PCs, servers, network equipment, and peripherals
- Manage network diagrams, circuit records, and trouble logs
- Train users on proper hardware and software usage
- Develop training materials and assist with basic programming for PC, PBX, and network software
- Conferring with staff, users, and management to establish system requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of experience or commensurate experience is required.
Required Skills and Clearance
Must have an active AOUSC Public Trust clearance.

Compensation
Posted Salary Range: USD 44,400 per year. Total compensation may include additional elements discussed during the hiring process.
