About the Role
GovCIO is seeking a skilled SME Data Analyst to support program management, data analytics, and reporting for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). You will lead a team of analysts, providing critical mission-specific knowledge, executing government tasks, generating status reports, performing data calls, developing analytics and dashboards, and managing customer relationships. This is a fully remote position.Responsibilities
- Facilitate client needs, issues, and challenges; conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions.
- Lead cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
- Create project deliverables and artifacts to ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
- Assess project and business process effectiveness using source data.
- Develop, gather, and disseminate information between business and technical customers for Project Managers.
- Analyze changes in requirements and recommend timely solutions.
- Translate complex issues into clear, compelling narratives with advanced writing skills.
- Develop presentations, meeting agendas, and synthesize complex information into visualizations using PowerPoint.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments (a Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience).
- Must be a US citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a DHS clearance.
