With a global presence serving thousands of corporate clients, Gotfriends is now expanding its core engineering capabilities to integrate next-generation AI features. Located in the Central District with prime access to the train station, the company operates a hybrid work model (one day per week from home).

Role Overview: Head of AI

• Serving as the First AI Engineer in the team, taking full ownership of building the company’s Core AI infrastructure.
• Designing and implementing new services that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into the existing high-scale Node.js architecture.
• Driving the transition from research-phase AI to Production-grade services.
• Influencing the technical roadmap and architectural decisions for the company's flagship AI features.
• Working in a lean, elite R&D environment within the local branch of a global organization.

Requirements

• 6 years of professional experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Go, or Python – Mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience in LLM development and integration – Mandatory.
• Experience delivering AI/ML features into Production environments – Mandatory.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technological field – Mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as a technical pioneer within a growing team.
