Who You Are

You are likely a strong fit for this Report Specialist role if you possess:

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, sales support, or a junior analytical role.
• Hands-on responsibility for extracting data from platforms and organizing it into standardized report formats.
• Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to categorize large datasets based on fixed parameters.
• Experience operating within regulated environments or industries with strict compliance and reporting requirements.
• Ability to maintain a 6:00 AM–3:00 PM shift in a 100% WFH environment.

• Prior experience with Australian professional services or compliance firms.
• Experience with portfolio management systems or CRM data extraction.
• Advanced certifications in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.

Responsibility Pillars

Report Generation & Categorization

• Own the transformation of raw sales data into organized, actionable outputs based on Director-led parameters.
• Extract specific sales data from the internal platform daily.
• Categorize findings into one of three defined segments using set metrics.
• Ensure all outputs align with established company methodologies.

Data Distribution & Communication

• Ensure critical performance insights reach the right stakeholders at the right time.
• Finalize reports with high precision and formatting consistency.
• Email completed reports to the correct Account Managers and Business Managers.
• Respond to ad hoc data extraction requests with speed and accuracy.

Data Integrity & Tracking

• Maintain the reliability of the reporting database to support executive visibility.
• Adhere strictly to analytical standards and established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all performed analyses and tracking systems.
• Identify and flag data anomalies within the sales platform.
