Job Details

Core Purpose

The Content & Digital Communications Manager is responsible for leading and delivering customer-facing content and digital communications that elevate the brand, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management: Plan and execute a content calendar across web, social, email, and campaigns. Write and edit blogs, case studies, brochures, EDMs, and thought-leadership content while ensuring a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging. Manage the asset library including copy, creative, video, and photography.

Digital Communications: Oversee website content updates, UX copy, and SEO-driven optimisation. Manage email marketing/EDM campaigns to nurture relationships with customers and dealers. Support communications with clear, timely, and professional messages. Collaborate with the Head of Brand & Marketing to align paid and organic content.

Campaign & Channel Management: Deliver integrated campaigns across digital touchpoints including web, social, and email. Repurpose content for multiple channels to maximize reach and ROI. Track and report on performance metrics such as engagement, conversions, and open/click rates.

Collaboration: Work closely with creative partners and guide the Social Content Creator to ensure alignment with brand and campaigns. Coordinate with external partners for video, PR, and industry publications.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in content, digital marketing, or communications.
  • Proven ability to craft engaging multi-format content.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing capabilities.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, social media management tools, and digital campaigns.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strategic execution skills.
